A pretty blonde girl ends up in a women's prison for heroin abuse. There, the perverse Alabama (PAM GRIER), a black lesbian head warden, runs a cruel regime. She torments and tortures the prisoners until they bleed and uses them for her sexual escapades. Women who do not do her bidding or do not obey her are tied up and tormented. Anyone who dares to escape is brought back dead by a bandit who supports her perverse tendencies and his gang. The law of the strongest also applies to the women among themselves. So the women's prison becomes hell on earth. The only thing keeping the prisoners alive is the thought of escape.
