HOW WE SHIP

We ship via USPS to all destinations. Within the US, there is a $6 flat rate and free shipping for orders over $100. International shipping charges are based on your location, and our shopping cart calculates the shipping cost based on the weight. We treat our product with care and ship movies how we would like to receive ours: always packaged very well with packing paper, bubble wrap, and inside a box to ensure a safe delivery.

Brother Belial is run by a small team, and while we do our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days, there might be a delay of a few days, especially during high-demand periods or with new releases. If you are concerned about your order, please feel free to check on its status, but make sure to include your name and order number. We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in the mail.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping overseas can sometimes cause delays, so please exercise patience. While lost packages are rare, they can occasionally occur. If you're concerned about the status of your package, feel free to inquire, but keep in mind that there might be a wait due to shipping times.

Our shopping cart directly connects to the United States Post Office and automatically calculates postage costs based on package weight. While we have no control over postal rates, we strive to pass along accurate rates to our customers. Please note that these prices do not include the cost of packaging materials. Customs charges and taxes are solely the responsibility of the purchaser, and Brother Belial will not reimburse any such charges. Moreover, Brother Belial is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit.
