Refund policy
RETURNS
All sales are final, except for defective discs, which can be exchanged for the same title. We do not accept returns for titles that do not play in your player due to PAL or regional coding. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be sent back within 15 days, and it is essential to notify us before returning a disc; otherwise, it will be returned to the customer.
Brother Belial is not responsible for the contents of the discs it sells. While we replace defective discs, we are not accountable for how the video labels choose to release the discs. We present as much information as possible about each disc, but it is the customer's responsibility to research additional details. Some discs may not be shrink-wrapped, but that doesn't mean they are used; we take measures to ensure product quality.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Payment is due at the time of order. No cancellations on pre-orders; please read item description thoroughly. If you purchase in-stock items with your pre-order, those items will ship ASAP and your pre-orders will ship when the last item is in stock at no additional cost.
