A horde of masked and deformed figures storm Madame Pepperdine's luxury brothel and kidnap the prostitute Nicole. The gangster boss Motherskille then puts his best man, ex-mobster Roy Bain, on the trail. Bain doesn't have many clues, but one leads him to the scientist Dr. Savary, who works with an experimental drug that unfortunately has the habit of physically changing the users and causing them to mutate, not to mention making them heavily addicted. Meanwhile, Nicole comes to her senses in the company of the mutants - she is the only one who is resistant to the deforming side effects of the drug. But who is really behind the affair and who could profit from Nicole?
