Ching King Kong is a master of kung fu and has killed several people in battle. For this reason, he is now wanted across the country. While on the run, he falls ill with an epidemic that can only be cured with the mysterious dragon herb. He finds shelter in a small mountain village and encounters marauding Japanese soldiers led by Zakato. They are also looking for the dragon herb because they need it to force the government to release two murderers. But Ching King Kong stands up to the occupiers and a merciless, brutal fight breaks out. In the end, Zakato and Ching King Kong meet in a final battle.
