Synopsis:

Karla (Isa Bellé Fitzgerald), a caregiver with a fascination for death and necrophilia, frequently murders her patients to satisfy her dark obsession. Her life is deeply depressive, and she seems incapable of feeling any love except for her macabre interests. Even a lover she meets online meets a bloody end. Karla is in contact with the lonely but wealthy Morris (Jörg Wischnauski), whom she occasionally provides with patients for perverse sexual gratification. The film reveals the disturbing reality when Titus (Vlad Petrov), a wheelchair-bound man, is placed under Morris's seemingly secure care, only for the grim truth to be exposed.
