Music video producer Alex Ritt travels to Italy to shoot a music video for pop sensation Stefania Stella. Soon after, he encounters a killer who films his victims and gives these videos to the police. As the horrific murders continue, Ritt is suddenly drawn into the killer's games and becomes a suspect to the police. With the killer on the loose, Ritt must find out the truth before it's too late.
