After eliminating all of Koga Dojo's rivals and avenging his former sensei's death, Casey Bowman (Scott Adkins) now runs the training facility and is married to the sensei's pregnant daughter, Namiko (Mika Hijii).
One might think everything is perfect for the couple, but this is short-lived. A devastating tragedy strikes them within moments: when Casey returns home from shopping for his wife one night, she is found murdered.
During Namiko's funeral, Casey's old friend Nakabara (Kane Kosugi) appears and suggests they come to Thailand to distract themselves with training.
After the widower settles in, another murder occurs, this time affecting one of Nakabara's students. His injuries are identical to Namiko's, characterized by evenly distributed wounds on his neck.
When Casey and Nakabara discuss the matter, he reveals to the widower that a drug lord named Goro, who is operating in Burma, might be responsible.
Consequently, Casey travels there and eliminates Goro's followers one by one until only the boss himself remains, to take him out as well.
However, when the widower returns to Thailand and speaks with Nakabara, he realizes that Goro wasn't behind the murders.
Thus, a final battle ensues, allowing only one victor and survivor!
