Psychologist Dr. Angela Cross installs a camera-based burglary system in her house due to some threats. Steve Caldwell and Will Griffith install the system, but shortly afterwards Will is shot during a break-in. Angela still feels safe and is in a passionate relationship with her lover Jeff. But then another break-in occurs, and tapes from the surveillance system are stolen. Angela is hiding some secrets from her past that could come to light if the stolen tapes are released. A deadly game of cat and mouse ensues, in which no one seems to be who they say they are.
