Party, sex and alcohol. Inspired by this motto, five friends set off for the Lithuanian city of Vilnius to have a wild time. At a party they meet the attractive tattoo artist Uta (Sara Fabel), who soon succeeds in luring the party-loving young people into her boss's (Robert LaSardo) tattoo studio. Instead of beautiful pictures that get under your skin, the five friends are met with sheer horror when the mysterious tattoo artist turns out to be a particularly cruel "artist".
