HOUSE 1
Roger Cobb - a Vietnam War returnee and horror writer - is in a deep crisis. His wife has separated from him, their son has mysteriously disappeared and his favorite aunt has committed suicide. In this aunt's old house, Roger wants to try to get his war trauma off his chest. But he soon experiences the worst nightmare of his life in the old, Victorian walls! Objects move by themselves, mysterious noises can be heard and at night he is attacked by horrific “beings” that seem to be somehow connected to his past and his family. Roger uses all his strength to track down the origin of the haunting and thus access to the other world...
HOUSE 2 - THE UNEXPECTED...
A large, eerie house becomes the setting for an almost unbelievable and adventurous journey into the supernatural. The young artist Jesse McLaughlin inherits his family's house and, on his journey of discovery, discovers hidden rooms in this "house" where strange creatures roam.
His 175-year-old great-great-grandfather “Gramps” - a feared outlaw during his lifetime - comes to life. Much more alive than he would like. A magical crystal skull that grants its owner immortality engages heroes and helpers, friends and enemies in a battle to the death.
HORROR HOUSE - HOUSE 3 - Uncut for the first time in 2 versions (Unrated Version & US Cinema Cut) - non-synchronized parts with German subtitles
Max Jenke is considered the greatest mass murderer in US history. He brutally executed over a hundred victims - mostly young women - until Detective Lucas McCarthy finally managed to catch him. During this operation, McCarthy was seriously wounded and his colleague was killed.
Since then he has suffered from nightmares. When Jenke is executed in the electric chair, McCarthy hopes to finally be able to lead a normal life again. But before Jenke dies, he vows to take revenge for his arrest. For McCarthy, the real nightmare only begins when Jenke returns from the afterlife and threatens the detective's family...
HOUSE 4
Shortly before the Cobb couple are about to move into their new house, Roger dies in a car accident and their daughter Laurel has been confined to a wheelchair ever since. But Kelly doesn't let herself get down and completes their shared dream of renovating and moving into the huge wooden house they inherited.
But the property turns out to be a haunted house, and hard times begin for the handicapped nuclear family. When Roger's criminal brother Burke wants to take advantage of the opportunity and puts out feelers for the property, the ghosts prove to be more helpful than expected.
