The clinic of the popular and trendy cosmetic surgeon Dr. Flamand is frequented by the rich and beautiful of the international jet set. The tinctures he offers give his exquisite customers eternal youth. When a former patient seeks revenge for a medical error, his sister Ingrid becomes the victim of an acid attack. Her face is disfigured beyond recognition and a specialist is called in to transplant another woman's facial skin onto her. But the first operation goes wrong and more victims lose their lives. The choice falls on a well-known model, but when she disappears without a trace, her father hires a detective to search for her. Meanwhile, the clinic turns into a morgue, because anyone who knows too much must die a brutal death.
