When serial killer Charles Lee Ray is gunned down by police in a toy store while on the run, he manages to transfer his soul into a doll using a voodoo ritual. The doll soon ends up in the hands of six-year-old Andy, who is overjoyed with his mother's gift—until people suddenly start dying around him. The boy is convinced that the doll is alive and responsible for the murders. No one believes him, but his life is also at stake, because the killer doll is doing everything in its power to possess Andy's body...
