As if the two police officers Joe and Sweeny didn't already have enough personal problems, they now have to search for a serial killer who kills prostitutes in Pittsburgh, removes body parts from them and always leaves an Egyptian symbol in his victims. The trail leads the two cops to the district of Little Cairo, where the killer is planning an ancient Egyptian ritual with the body parts.
