To earn some money for himself and his sick roommate, student Scott works as a rickshaw driver in the hottest part of Miami. One evening he meets the attractive Joanna, who seduces him after a rickshaw ride. While the two are making themselves comfortable on a yacht, they are filmed by a voyeur. Scott gives him a beating and makes off. When the voyeur's body is discovered a short time later, Scott is suspected of the crime, and a game of cat and mouse begins with the police, an unscrupulous killer and a mysterious old lady who seems to know more about Scott than he suspects.
