In this classic suspense film adapted from the popular Frederick Knott play, Audrey Hepburn stars as Susy Hendrix, a blind woman terrorized in her apartment by crooks looking for a doll given to her by her husband. While the three criminals set up an elaborate plan to retrieve the doll-which is stuffed with heroin-their ruthless leader (Alan Arkin) plots to eliminate everyone involved... including the innocent Susy.
