A CIA agent becomes entangled in the scheme of a brilliant but unstable mastermind determined to steal a Polaris submarine. Madame Sin is an international criminal developing advanced weapons and elaborate plans to achieve her ambitions.
Originally produced as a pilot for a TV series that never moved forward, the finished film aired on US television and was released theatrically in select territories.
