Directed by John Frankenheimer, the 1964 World War II thriller The Train follows French railway stationmaster Labiche (Burt Lancaster). He races to sabotage a Nazi colonel's attempts to plunder irreplaceable French art treasures and transport them to Germany as Allied forces close in on Paris.
