A group of vampires are on the verge of death if they don't get fresh blood soon. The leader Anna and her vampires leave their secret hiding places to hunt young women and men, but the young reporter Sydney comes on their track. Sydney does not know that the killers are vampires. Without further ado she gets into the catches of the bloodsuckers and succumbs to Anna's hypnotic energy. More and more she loses her own will and becomes the puppet of Anna. Van Helsing tries to track down and destroy the clan, but time runs against him, because Sydney runs the risk of becoming a vampire himself. It comes to the apocalyptic battle between Anna and Van Helsing.
