Originally planned to be part three of the Shaw Brothers’ Black Magic trilogy, due to it’s over the top blood-splattering nature and gross-out shock levels, Seeding Of A Ghost ran into censorship problems and was released under the new moniker. It’s an erotic gore-fest rivaling Hollywood’s best.
The film features martial arts star Kao Fei in the lead role as a man seeking justice with the help of a powerful sorcerer. Known for its extreme visuals and intense practical effects, this production is recognized as a significant entry in the history of Hong Kong horror cinema.
