Thomas Hoshino, a police inspector from Japan, is supposed to bring a Yakuza from America back to his homeland. But the gangster dies a mysterious death. Together with his US partner Karen Ryder, he becomes involved in the investigation of a series of gang murders and has to realize that there is a type of killing that allows no defense: the "death touch". In order to be able to take on the killer, who has now built up a Yakuza syndicate in America, and to survive against the brutal fighting technique, Hoshino has to learn the "death touch" himself. But the master of the art, Jaho, stands between the involvement and the solution of the case...
