Jeff, a nightclub bouncer, agrees to join a weapons heist to help his friend Sam clear a gambling debt. When the job is sabotaged from within and Jeff is left for dead, he returns to Hong Kong with one thing on his mind: revenge against the treacherous, flamboyantly unhinged crime lord known as Judge. What follows is a relentlessly propulsive tale of betrayal, loyalty, and violence, set to a thunderous heavy metal soundtrack.
