Martial arts expert Alex Faulkner (Bren Foster) was a successful competitor, but has now turned exclusively to being a trainer at his martial arts school.
While he is doing his job, the new female member Samantha (Cassie Howarth) signs up with her son Terry.
Over time, the two fall in love, but Samantha's ex-husband and Terry's father Victor (Luke Ford) is not happy about this.
So from now on he tries several times to provoke the basically peaceful Alex and, together with his friends, to lure him out of his shell.
Then the two children of his colleague Julie (Annabelle Stephenson) also disappear in an inexplicable way, which makes their working atmosphere considerably more difficult.
Samantha then notices that Victor is behaving more and more strangely and decides to spy on him.
The mother discovers a secret depot where Victor is keeping numerous children, including Julie's girl, captive.
Since Samantha is completely overwhelmed by the situation, Alex luckily finds out where she is and is able to rush to help.
As soon as he gets there, he takes everyone involved to safety in the car, but Victor's criminal ally sees them escape and tells his boss.
This forces the child trafficker to threaten his own son and exchange him for the other children.
Alex chooses his martial arts school as the handover location, where the ultimate showdown between him and the child traffickers takes place...

The action-packed LIFE AFTER FIGHTING, directed and written by Bren Foster, in which he also plays the leading role, sets new standards in the world of martial arts films with its groundbreaking fights!
