Pinhead and the Cenobites must take new hellish paths to find their victims. The Auditor lures nasty characters from the fringes of society and subjects them to a perverse cleansing ritual that usually ends under the surgeon's blade. Meanwhile, three detectives are searching for the Preceptor, a deviant serial killer who kills according to the motives of the Ten Commandments. The deeper the team delves into the crimes, the more it seems as if the killer is not from this world...

Director Gary J. Tunnicliffe manages to successfully reboot a ailing series. He doesn't shy away in the least from the violence or the perverse nature of the Cenobites and creates a world that is as disgusting as it is demonic. Pinhead is omnipresent and as majestic as one would hope. (Dread Central)

The main film has been approved by the FSK uncut for ages 16 and up. The Spio/JK release refers to the bonus material and therefore applies to the entire product.
