The sisters Ginger (Katharine Isabelle) and Brigitte (Emily Perkins) are extreme outsiders. Fascinated by violence and death, they devote themselves to their school project in which they recreate deaths with perfidious joy. One night, during a revenge campaign against a classmate, a beast smells Ginger's first bleeding and maims her badly. Infected by carnal desires, she begins to change in a cruel way and soon leaves a trail of blood and violence. Brigitte tries with all her might to stop the horror, but the beast inside Ginger becomes stronger and stronger...
