After the violent death of their parents, twin brothers Chad and Alex (Jean-Claude Van Damme in a dual role) are raised separately. 25 years later, Chad is a successful karate instructor in Los Angeles, while Alex makes his money through sometimes illegal dealings in Hong Kong. When the two meet for the first time, Chad's adoptive father, Frank (Geoffrey Lewis), reveals that their parents were murdered on the orders of gangster boss Griffith (Alan Scarfe). Despite their differences, the two tough guys join forces and embark on a joint campaign of revenge against Hong Kong's underworld.
