Violet is a mysterious vampire who stalks the city at night, drawing both men and women into her dangerous orbit. When she meets Chuck, a lonely young man in a smoky bar, she pulls him into a dark and hypnotic world where attraction and danger collide.

As their connection deepens, Chuck finds himself trapped in Violet’s shadowy existence, where survival is never guaranteed and desire gives way to something far more deadly.

Produced during the shot-on-video boom of the late 1990s and early 2000s, Date with a Vampire captures a unique era of independent horror filmmaking. Directed by Jeffrey Arsenault (Night Owl), written by Kevin J. Lindenmuth (Addicted to Murder), and featuring cult East Coast horror actor Joe Zaso (5 Dead on the Crimson Canvas), this lo-fi vampire tale reflects the raw, experimental energy of New York’s no-budget horror scene.
