Sarah (Katie Maguire) is babysitting two children and thinks nothing of it when the kids unwrap a videotape from their bags of sweets, which someone must have slipped them at the front door. Unsuspectingly, they put the cassette into the VCR and witness shocking images. Sarah quickly turns the tape off and sends the children to bed. But the brutal images they had briefly seen haunt her, and so she turns the machine back on. There are three gory short stories on the tape, all connected by the mysterious Art, the Clown, who is responsible for the massacres and torture recorded on the tape. Over the course of the night, strange things begin to happen in the house as the insane clown begins to worm his way into reality... The horror has a new face: Art, the Clown!
