Tammy has found love. The cheerleader is now dating the young Michael and is madly in love with him. But after a nasty prank by Tammy's ex-boyfriend and his rowdy buddies, Michael is in a coma and on the verge of death. But the crazy Dr. Wachenstein steals Michael's brain and implants it into a dinosaur robot. When the experiment succeeds and Michael wakes up in his new body, the "Teenage T-Rex" uses his new powers and goes on the attack.
