A dreamy little town in the Midwest of the USA. Life goes on as usual when the injured hitchhiker Claire reaches the town limits with her last bit of strength and warns the citizens about a brutal biker gang. Then the roar of heavy machinery breaks over them. Like a horde of wild animals, the "hell's angels" invade the town to destroy everything that gets in their way. Only the doctor Dr. Stanley tries to defy the cruel rage with the help of a handful of seasoned men.
