Due to absurd circumstances, the two ex-cons Bolo and Ma suddenly become the law enforcers of a small village in the province. They also search for hidden gold and take on stupid gangsters and an aggressive brothel madam. But that's just the tip of the martial arts iceberg, because there are a whole host of other thugs who are out to end Bolo and Ma's new life as quickly as possible.
