Casey and Will are the estranged sons of CIA agent John Alexander. When their father is killed, they try to catch the murderer Franco. Will infiltrates Franco's terrorist group and wins his trust. Casey, himself a CIA agent, has followed his brother, but Franco learns that he is on his trail. He gives Will the order to kill Casey and soon the brothers are face to face. Both are well-trained kickboxers, tough fighting machines who know their opponents' weaknesses exactly. Will there be a final fight and can the terrorists' plan be stopped?
